Then you will be able to ● Find someone around your age or within the age range you set up ● Find someone in the same city or abroad ● Find someone with the same interests ● Find someone who speaks the same language or languages you want to learn ● Send your matches a message or a ‘LIKE’ to become a pen pal with them
※ Message feature - Send message to your matches or simply choose a country and gender and send a message. As you exchange letters, you will be able to ● Send voice messages after 7 letters ● Send two letters in a row after 10 letters ● Open your profile or check out your pen pal's profile after 20 letters ● Send a friend request after you open your profile ● Send messages anytime to your friends ● Send a pen pal request to your pen pal’s friends ● Choose to keep exchanging letters to become friends with your ePenpal or ignore letters by not responding.
※ Other features include ● Translation into more than 60 languages by tapping messages (powered by Google Translate engine) ● Filtering feature in Settings ● Reconnect with your pen pal by sending PING messages using ePenpal ID ● Report offensive messages by tapping messages ● No battery draining from using a push notification system (powered by GCM, Google account needed)
※ ePenpal is free of charge and does not require an SMS or text message plan.
※ We ask for your Google account permission during installation. Permission is required to access your messages from the Google Push server. We use the same system as Gmail and Google talk. We do not access any personal information.

linkHi DJ,just downloaded the app last night and guess what,I too got a msg from Korea.The msg read Hi.And that was it.
linkI think some of that is they may not be confident speaking English. I've been getting msgs now from Brazil and Indonesia
