I assume what their saying is true. I'm sure drop box/box has this too.. just different phrasing perhaps? I wouldn't worry about it too much, its Google after all.. they own your internet life already :]
I love this. I can manage my writings on the go with dictation or swype and it auto saves so I can get right back on any computer to finish my products.

Better than Dropbox in my eyes. Drive is perfect for syncing projects across my devices.
