There is a website called www.friendsplus.me it allows you to post to multiple accounts. But the way it works is you post to G+ then that post will be sent to whatever accounts you have connected to it. Then you can also use hashtags to post to select accounts if you don't wanna post to all of them. It's in beta and the only problem there is, is that it takes a little time for posts to show up on all accounts

i wish more ppl used this. i rarely go on facebook nowadays and im on twitter the most. I like how G+ is a mix of both with its own features
