After installation switch skin in Poweramp settings. In Poweramp Settings —> Theme (in Poweramp 2.0.5-build-488) or Settings —> Look and Feel —> Theme (in Poweramp 2.0.6-build-508 and later). Then choose PowerAMP ICS Skin.
