Loading times: loading is still relatively slow (up to 30 seconds at first use). We kindly ask for patience.
Operating systems: Version 1.1.0 works from Android 1.6 (previously 2.2)
Devices: On some devices (eg Sony Xperia, Motorola Milestone) it currently does not work properly. A bug fix will be available shortly. No need to keep writing negative comments - we are aware of it.
Memory: The app uses (and has always used) Apps2SD. It installs itself automatically on the SD card and saves all cache files to the SD card.
Energy use: the app automatically switches to stand-by and will not use any CPU. If the energy level is low the app automatically turns itself off completely. An option to adjust background synchronisation individually is now available.
Permissions: »Read phone state and identity" - this service is only used to identify the device ID. No other information is requested.
The field Test ID in the settings of the app is only used for internal purposes and has no meaning for Samy users.
