When you sign up for a AppAware account and a AppAware service that requires registration, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address and an account password). We may combine the information that you submit under your account with information from other AppAware services and tools (such as the AppAware application for Android), in order to provide you with a better experience and to improve the quality of our services.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we relay to the physical and electronic procedures of our provider and additional managerial and software procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.

Despite the security measures in place, in case of unauthorized access, subtraction of data, interception of data, miss-usage of offered services and similar issues AppAware disclaims all responsibility.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third-parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. While AppAware strives to mirror the prices of apps as they are listed in the Google Play Store (Android Market), from time to time there may be brief discrepancies between the listed price of an app in the app store and the price displayed in AppAware. AppAware is not liable for any purchases made in the Google Play Store for apps discovered through AppAware services. In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this website.

By using AppAware you share and publish information on the internet. We are not responsible if you share and thus reveal sensible data about yourself or other people in the internet.

Applications and games listed on AppAware (this website, the mobile application and other AppAware related services) are from the Google Play Store (Android Market) and the rights belong to their respective owners. AppAware uses these information on a fair use rationale.
